I am sure I am not alone on this when I say any gut issue is a struggle. Whether it be GI upset, bloating, cramping, gas, and many others, they all definitely rain on your fitness journey parade at some point.
And it’s a shame because this is one area (the gut) that honestly doesn’t get enough attention, but in reality, the gut is at the very center of your ability to perform at a high level, both mentally and physically. When your gut is out of balance you are then prone to those unsavory side effects I listed above.
And the big question always is…. What can we do to improve and optimize our GI health and function? Well, a great place to start is to simply take a Digestive Enzyme.
